These draft terms describe expected use of Vistolist. They are not final and should not be presented as binding terms until the missing business and legal details are approved.
Service
Vistolist uses automated systems to produce product images, product facts for review, marketing copy, SEO fields, and Shopify Drafts. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the merchant before publication.
Merchant responsibilities
You must have the right to use submitted photographs, brands, and product information. You are responsible for product claims, pricing, inventory, regulatory disclosures, intellectual-property compliance, and the final content published to your store.
Draft-only Shopify actions
Vistolist is designed to create new Shopify products as Drafts and synchronize products already connected to Vistolist. It does not intentionally publish products automatically. You control final review and publication in Shopify.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or abusive content, or attempt to bypass access controls and usage limits.
Plans and billing
Public month-to-month prices are Starter at $9.99, Growth at $24.99, and Pro at $49.99 USD, handled through Shopify billing. No annual subscription is offered. The one-time trial includes 1 product set, 6 AI images, and 1 SEO package; it is not a recurring monthly free plan. Product-set, AI-image, and SEO-package limits are applied separately. Monthly allowances do not roll into the next billing cycle.
Successful image generation and regeneration use image allowance. Technical failures do not. Successful additional variations and automatic quality retries may also use image allowance. Successful AI text rewrites and product re-identification from a photo use SEO allowance; manual text editing and Shopify synchronization do not use AI allowance.
An optional pack provides 6 image credits for $6 USD. Each newly purchased pack is valid for 12 months from purchase, has its own expiration date, and does not extend the term of an earlier pack. Monthly included images are used first, then purchased credits with the nearest expiration date. Packs add image credits only, not product sets or SEO packages. There is no automatic purchase or top-up; each purchase requires user approval and is charged through Shopify app billing. Credits purchased under the previous policy retain the terms that applied when they were purchased. Cancellation, renewal, refunds, taxes, and plan-change rules still require legal confirmation before these terms are finalized.
Uninstalling disconnects Vistolist from the store. When Shopify requests deletion of store data, app records—including credit balances—are removed. Automatic credit recovery after that deletion is not currently supported. Contact support@vistolist.com about unused purchased credits before uninstalling.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or modify features to maintain quality, security, legal compliance, or provider compatibility. Final terms must define how material pricing or policy changes are communicated.
Disclaimer and liability
The current PUBLIC terms describe the service as provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law and exclude responsibility for merchant publication decisions, lost sales, or indirect damages. Qualified counsel should approve the final Vistolist disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute language.
